Real Time PCR RTP-A31
The Real Time PCR RTP-A31 features an American Marlow customized Peltier module and a double channel with double 8-wells blocks design. Its analysis software can simultaneously run two different designs, enhancing efficiency. This portable unit has a sample capacity of 16×0.2 ml (2×8 well, double block) and offers emission wavelength ranges from F1: 520 to 540 nm and F2: 540 to 580 nm. It comes factory calibrated with dyes including F1: FAM/SYBR Green I and F2: HEX/VIC/JOE/TFT. Equipped with powerful software analysis functions such as genotyping, melting curve analysis, and both absolute and relative quantification, it ensures comprehensive molecular analysis capabilities. Additionally, it features a high sensitivity photoelectric detector, a 7-inch color TFT touch screen display with a resolution of 1280×800 pixels, operating on the Windows 10 platform, and long-life LED excitation.
